A wooden crate is the only packaging most people cannot bring themselves to throw away. It goes from the delivery to the shelf to the garage and stays useful for years, which means the mark on it stays visible for years too.
That is the entire economic argument for a crate, and it only works if the crate is built properly and the mark is engraved rather than printed. A racked, splintery crate with a scuffed printed logo gets binned like anything else — and it took your money to get there.
Why we exist
Most crate suppliers sell from a size chart. You pick the nearest listed dimensions, your product rattles inside it, and nobody ever asked what was going in. In wood there is no tooling cost for a bespoke size, so building to a chart is a habit rather than a constraint.
We ask what goes inside before we quote. The free mockup shows the crate at real proportions with the engraving on the face that will actually be seen, and where we think you have chosen the wrong face — a lid engraving on a crate that lives shelved, for instance — we say so. Minimum order is 12.
How we build
Solid pine as standard, sanded smooth, with natural, clear sealed, stained or whitewashed finishes. Corners are glued as well as stapled, which is what stops a crate racking out of square the first time it is picked up full by one edge.
Branding is laser engraved into the grain, so it cannot rub off, does not scuff at the edges, and darkens with the wood rather than fading against it. Display crates get corner reinforcement and an optional angled base; shipping crates are specified from the load and heat treated to ISPM 15 where they cross a border.
