Custom Wine Crates

The wine crate is a fixed form with two centuries behind it and there is very little reason to redesign it: six or twelve bottles, a sliding or hinged lid, and the mark on the short end so it reads on a rack. What you customise is the mark, the finish and the interior.

Interiors matter more than people expect. A crate with no dividers lets bottles knock together in transit, and a crate with cardboard dividers looks cheap the moment the lid comes off. Timber dividers or moulded pulp inserts both solve it; we will tell you which suits your bottle shape.

Engraving goes on the end panel as standard, because that is the face visible on a rack or in a stack. Lid engraving is available too and photographs beautifully, though nobody sees it once the crate is stored.
